UK, EUROPE & OTHER COUNTRIES - AIR MAIL
We charge a flat rate of $24.95 AUD for all UK, Europe & Other Countries
For UK, Europe & Other Country deliveries, we use Pack and Track air mail or Registered Post postage services. Please allow 1-3 weeks from departing Australia for your item to be delivered.
Tracking information is sent via email at 5pm AWST on the day that orders are shipped out.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the above timeframes, and delays may occur beyond our control. Caasi Boutique are not responsible for another country’s taxes, customs fees or additional costs which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and custom fees that are relevant for your purchase. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
For same day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed by 10am AWST on a business day.
Please note the above delivery times can change during busy periods (promotional sales, public holidays & Christmas periods). During busy periods we cannot guarantee same day dispatch by 10am AWST. Please allow an extra 24 hours from placing your order to dispatch. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email by 6pm (AWST) on the day that orders are shipped out.
Caasi Boutique is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carrier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required.
If ATL (Authority To Leave) is requested on your order, Caasi Boutique and the nominated shipping carrier are not responsible if the parcel has been lodged as successfully delivered, as the customer has nominated a non-secure delivery option. If you do not receive any items delivered via ATL delivery, they will not be replaced or refunded unless otherwise required by law. Our customer service team will do our best however to contact the nominated delivery service to locate your order.
Caasi Boutique is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit.
If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly.
When ordering something that is a 'pre-order' item please keep in mind we will not ship out any items in your order until the pre-order item arrives. If you would like the additional item sooner, then you must place a separate order for this item!
