  1. HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

    All items are in stock unless displayed as Sold Out. If you have an item in your Shopping Bag awaiting payment, it may still be purchased by another customer until you have completed your order. 

    If you have purchased an item and on the very rare occasion it is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an agreeable alternative item, backorder or full refund. 

  1. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

    Please see our returns policy and conditions on our Returns page. 
      

  1. HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEM WILL BE MY SIZE?

    To begin with, please find our size guide here. Our clothing is in Australian sizing (Size 6 to 14 or XS to XL - sizes will slightly vary depending on the style and label).  Please read the product descriptions as we always make a note of what size our model is wearing and our recommendations as to whether the style runs small or large, to help our customer determine what size they may be.

  1. DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT BEFORE PURCHASING?


    No, you do not need an account before purchasing with us, you can choose to 
    checkout as a guest instead.  However, we do recommend creating an account as your address and email preferences will be saved, allowing you to move through the checkout process faster on your next purchase with us. 

     

  1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?


    We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, 
    Mastercard or AMEX) or Afterpay. 

    All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) 

    Paying with a Credit Card 
    Caasi Boutique uses Shopify Payments powered by Stripe, an integrated payment gateway for processing credit card transactions. We do NOT store any of your credit card details, so you can have confidence that your information is kept secure and private when shopping with us. 

    Paying by PayPal 
    You will be automatically taken to our integrated Paypal page.  

    Paying with Afterpay 
    You will be automatically taken to our integrated Afterpay page.
